The Telesales Representative is responsible for obtaining and building new client relationships. It will increase account penetration, gross margins and customer satisfaction for our vendor management service (VMS).
- Responsible for calling on hospitals daily, making 100+ outbound sales calls
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals professionals
- Identifying new opportunities in your territory
- Understanding the hiring needs and healthcare facilities in your market
- Proactively demonstrate to the client the value of partnering with StaffingEngine
- Identify and qualify new opportunities and develop plans for introducing new solutions by building relationships
What we expect from you:
- 1+ years demonstrated successful sales experience
- Excellent communication skills allowing you to connect with people and build strong relationships over the phone, text, and email
- Competitive nature that motivates you to succeed and surpass your goals
- Good contract negotiation and creating revenue-increasing opportunities
- Exceptional customer service delivered in a timely manner
- Adaptability in the face of adversity and the ability to learn new processes and procedures
- Enjoy and excel in fast-paced environment
- Sales or Recruiting experience for a staffing company is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from hospitals to obtain business
- Prepare and deliver regular forecasts on your sales activities
- Identifying and growing utilization of the program
- Provide feedback to customers regarding healthcare job market, identified service level agreements, and overall performance of the VMS
