The VMS Account Manager will maintain and further develop established relationships with staffing agencies for the placement of temporary healthcare professionals through the StaffingEngine vendor management service (VMS).

What we expect from you:

2+ years demonstrated successful sales experience

Sales or Recruiting experience for a staffing company preferred

Knowledge and experience with vendor management services (VMS) and/or managed service providers (MSP) a plus

Excellent communication skills allowing you to connect with people and build strong relationships over the phone, text, and email

Competitive nature that motivates you to succeed and surpass your goals

Good contract negotiation and creating revenue-increasing opportunities

Exceptional customer service delivered in a timely manner

Adaptability in the face of adversity and the ability to learn new processes and procedures

Enjoy and excel in fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years equivalent work experience


Pursue leads and identify new hospitals that require healthcare staffing services

Submit qualified candidates to requirements, schedule interviews to take place, and place healthcare professionals

Reverse market candidates by submitting them to potential and existing clients

Coordinate contracts and compliance

Prepare and deliver regular forecasts on your sales activities, pipeline, and expected deal closures
